Adsense Decoded

This 'AdSense GPS Roadmap' is for those of you who

  • Seek instant as well as sustainable AdSense results.
  • Prefer to make lots of money, instead of just cents, for the same amount of work & traffic on any existing or new site.
  • Want to make serious AdSense profits today, not tomorrow, but don't currently have 10,000 visitors/day from the search engines.
  • Love the idea of making money multiple times on the same visitor.
  • Appreciate the awesome power of multiple AdSense driven revenue streams that can be set to autopilot.
  • Are newbie or a seasoned site operator who know that AdSense is THE cash generator on the Net & have decided to claim your cut.
  • Want to know exactly how the top AdSense earners make their money and want to copy their proven methods step-by-step.
  • Agree that "Whitehat" techniques always take you further & being AdSense streetwise is to understand what impacts on your profits.
  • Understand that if something sounds too good to be true it often is, but when someone recommends that you to listen you listen.

Danny's Scam Review

Have you ever done a search on google for "scam" or "work from home" or a similar keyword? If you have, then you probably saw an ad or a search result for "Danny's Scam Review". This guy must be a real guru, or extreamly wealthy since the advertising alone must cost him a fortune. I looked over the "review" and it looks like another affiliate marketing program. Below is a section from a forum that you might find interesting.....

When you google "scams", a listing appears in the Sponsored Links section called "I was scammed 37 times", linking to a page called Dannys-Scam-Review.com. On his site "Danny" tells readers of his experiences with various money-making online offers, and advises that "Out of 37 programs 35 were complete scams that just took my money. Only 2 of the programs actually worked. I am going to give you an honest review of the 2 programs that did work for me. He then lists the two programs that "did work" for him, ULTIMATEWEALTHPACKAGE.COM and FOREXENTERPRISE.COM. I did a little WHO-IS investigating and discovered that the domains Dannys-Scam-Review.com and ULTIMATEWEALTHPACKAGE.COM are both registered under the same company, DomainsByProxy.com

When you have finished, close the window and return to the 'Browse' page. Click on 'Refresh page' and your cash balance will increase. Repeat the process with each advert to earn money. New adverts are added daily and you can earn more by referring new members.

How to advertise...

If you have your own website, you can buy thousands of visitors starting at just $0.01 each. Click on 'My Adverts' and then 'Create New Advert'. Enter your advert text, your web address and how much you will be spending. Then complete the process by paying via either credit or debit card, or by using money earned from clicking other people's adverts. Campaigns start at just $6.50, advertise today! I guess you could earn a few dollars from this program but you will most likely will be wasting a lot of time and bandwidth. This program will pay you 1 or 2 cents for clicking on a link and browsing a web site. As you can imagine almost all the sites are promoting some kind of MLM or marketing scheme. Most of the time the browser timer did not work and I did not get credit for the 30 seconds of crap I had to listen to or read. The term for this type of maketing is called "UNTARGETED" because anyone can participate. If you were advertising on this type of site your viewers would be people only interested in waiting out the timer for the penny or two they might be paid. I cant say this is a scam but file it under a "waste of time" in my opinion.

AGLOCO Rocks!

Here is another program we are testing. It seems to be very popular among forums and the buzz around this program has been amazing. Its free to join so what can it hurt. Read the introduction and if you want to give it a shot there is a link at the bottom of this post.

I recently joined AGLOCO because of a friend recommended it to me. I am now promoting it to you because I like the idea and I want you to share in what I think will be an exciting new Internet concept.

AGLOCO’s story is simple:

Do you realize how valuable you are? Advertisers, search providers and online retailers are paying billions to reach you while you surf. How much of that money are you making? NONE!
AGLOCO thinks you deserve a piece of the action.
AGLOCO collects money from those companies on behalf of its members. (For example, Google currently pays AOL 10 cents for every Google search by an AOL user. And Google still has enough profit to pay $1.6 billion dollars for YouTube, an 18-month old site full of content that YouTube’s users did not get paid for!
AGLOCO will work to get its Members their share of this and more.
AGLOCO is building a new form of online community that they call an Economic Network. They are not only paying Members their fair share, but they’re building a community that will generate the kind of fortune that YouTube made. But instead of that wealth making only a few people rich, the entire community will get its share.

What's the catch? No catch - no spyware, no pop-ups and no spam - membership and software are free and AGLOCO is 100% member owned. Privacy is a core value and AGLOCO never sells or rents member information.

So do both of us a favor: Sign up for AGLOCO now!

CashCrate - We Are Done Testing

So far so good. Get paid to fill out surveys. I just signed up with this site and after filling out a few surveys I have almost $8 in my account. It still remains to be seen if I will actually get a check, but I plan to stick with this one long enough to fully test it and report what I find.
If anyone else has had experience with this site in the past please leave a comment.

One Month Follow up: April, 9, 2007 - Not too bad of a program. I actually earned a few bucks but nothing to retire on. 50 cents here and a dollar there. The big ticket surveys require you to leave your credit card information and/or social security number, neither of which I was willing to do. You will also have to leave a valid email address in each survey because most will require you to validate your email account before you get paid. Also a valid phone number is required for some surveys so expect some persistent tele-marketers to be bugging you around dinner time. If you just want to earn a few dollars in your spare time it may be worth a look but dont let anyone tell you this is a way to make you rich. Good Luck and I hope this information helps you out before you decide to sign up.

3 Simple Steps To Internet Home Business Promotion

I found this article and want to pass it along to the readers here. This ties in with our "Web Site Project" and hope it helps anyone starting their own web site.

3 Simple steps to internet home business promotion

By Joel Teo

Many internet home business owners are lost when they first start out building their internet home business and spend time purchasing bulk popunder traffic that does not really work for them. This article will highlight 3 simple steps that any internet home business owner can take to effectively promote any internet home business. Registering your own domain This simple point cannot be repeated enough. If you want to promote your internet home business, always use your own link. The reason for this is that people would see your own domain name as more professional rather than some unsightly company referral domain. In addition, should the company you are promoting close down, you can easily point your domain at a new domain and promote a new internet home business. Always register your own domain when purchasing advertising on other websites so that you do not need to have to contact the website owner should you decide to promote a different internet home business. Article marketing One of the best ways online to get people to visit your internet home business has been through article marketing. In one highly published experiment recently, one internet marketer showed how he achieved many people linking to his website through the use of an article submission software. The links that people put it linking to your website will be a permanent link which is always on their websites and its very much like online networking. Imagine many websites like salesman telling other website visitors about your products. The more salesman you have promoting your internet home business the money profits you will make online. Pay Per Click One of the best ways to send highly targeted online website traffic to your internet home business is pay per click advertising where search engine companies like Google and Yahoo place your ads near or into their search results. Thus this gives you very targeted traffic that can result in higher conversion ratios for you in your internet home business. Make good use of these three quick tips in your internet home business and you will see more profits coming in. I would add that you should also spend time planning how you are going to use these ideas and write down how long and how much money you are willing to spend doing these things. Then, execute your plan and track your results. An internet home business can generate profits, provided promotion is done correctly, hopefully this article will point you in the right direction. The Web Project - Part 2

Content, content, content, content and yet more content. That's what all the guru's have been saying is the cornerstone of success in affiliate marketing. If you have a good topic and quality content the search engines will have a easier time digesting your just what your topic is and organizing appropriate ads to display on your web site or blog.

So you think you have a good topic to start writing about. Well here is the next step in our web site project. Do a little research and find a good FREE blog program. Actually, I would recommend blogger, hey it's free and easily integrates Google Adsense marketing which is really where we are headed anyway. After setting up your account and getting familiar with the layout, post your first article about your chosen subject. You now have something to offer and best of all it was FREE for you to set up.

The next step is to head over to Google.com, Yahoo.com and MSN.com to submit your new site to be included into their index. There are a lot of free services out there that will offer to enter your site to hundreds of search engines for free. So far I have not had any problems going the free route so give it a try. It make take several weeks before your site shows up in the search results so be patient. Add a few links to other relevant sites and join a few forums that are similar to your chosen topic.

In part 3 of "The Web Site Project" we will explore setting up an adsense account and an Amazon account to start marketing advertisements on your web space.

Classic Work-At-Home Scams

I found this article and want to pass it along here. These are the classic scams that have been around for years. Dont be fooled by all the HYPE in todays marketing. Learn to recognize a scam when you see it.

Classic Work-at-Home Schemes
Several types of offers are classic work-at-home schemes.

Medical billing. Ads for pre-packaged businesses - known as billing centers - are in newspapers, on television and on the Internet. If you respond, you'll get a sales pitch that may sound something like this: There's "a crisis" in the health care system, due partly to the overwhelming task of processing paper claims. The solution is electronic claim processing. Because only a small percentage of claims are transmitted electronically, the market for billing centers is wide open.

The promoter also may tell you that many doctors who process claims electronically want to "outsource" or contract out their billing services to save money. Promoters will promise that you can earn a substantial income working full or part time, providing services like billing, accounts receivable, electronic insurance claim processing and practice management to doctors and dentists. They also may assure you that no experience is required, that they will provide clients eager to buy your services or that their qualified salespeople will find clients for you.

The reality: you will have to sell. These promoters rarely provide experienced sales staff or contacts within the medical community.

The promoter will follow up by sending you materials that typically include a brochure, application, sample diskettes, a contract (licensing agreement), disclosure document, and in some cases, testimonial letters, videocassettes and reference lists. For your investment of $2,000 to $8,000, a promoter will promise software, training and technical support. And the company will encourage you to call its references. Make sure you get many names from which to chose. If only one or two names are given, they may be "shills" - people hired to give favorable testimonials. It's best to interview people in person, preferably where the business operates, to reduce your risk of being mislead by shills and also to get a better sense of how the business works.

Few consumers who purchase a medical billing business opportunity are able to find clients, start a business and generate revenues - let alone recover their investment and earn a substantial income. Competition in the medical billing market is fierce and revolves around a number of large and well-established firms.

Envelope stuffing. Promoters usually advertise that, for a "small" fee, they will tell you how to earn money stuffing envelopes at home. Later - when it's too late - you find out that the promoter never had any employment to offer. Instead, for your fee, you're likely to get a letter telling you to place the same "envelope-stuffing" ad in newspapers or magazines, or to send the ad to friends and relatives. The only way you'll earn money is if people respond to your work-at-home ad.

Assembly or craft work. These programs often require you to invest hundreds of dollars in equipment or supplies. Or they require you to spend many hours producing goods for a company that has promised to buy them. For example, you might have to buy a sewing or sign-making machine from the company, or materials to make items like aprons, baby shoes or plastic signs. However, after you've purchased the supplies or equipment and performed the work, fraudulent operators don't pay you. In fact, many consumers have had companies refuse to pay for their work because it didn't meet "quality standards."

Unfortunately, no work is ever "up to standard," leaving workers with relatively expensive equipment and supplies - and no income. To sell their goods, these workers must find their own customers.

Work From Home - Data Entry Scam

Hi, my name is Kim. Until the birth of our son in 2003 I worked for a medical management company for 4 years. After our son was born in 2003 my husband and I decided that I stay home and raise him. The company I worked for allowed me to continue working for them from home. It was a wonderful easy job that took 1-4 hours daily. I was able to take care of my sons needs and then return to finish my work. Recently this past February 2006, they decided due to financial reasons they were bringing the work in-house. Hence my story begins.
